The Answers You Need

What should you expect from one to one sessions?

How this process starts is after a thorough intake session and and getting to know you, your history and goals, Vahid evaluates the state you are in at a musculoskeletal, psychological, social and/or spiritual point of view as needed. Adding all the input together, we come up with a plan to achieve your vision let it be pain relief, getting ready for Ironman or a personal goal, simple lifestyle adaptations or improvements or so on. Every individual is different, and depending on the individual goals we schedule further follow up sessions. Expect to challenge all the habits, beliefs, thoughts and relationships that get in the way of your highest self.

What is necessary?

Make a free 15-minute online consultation appointment to book your first in-person or virtual session, discuss the details and get the address for the session.

What should I wear?

Wear casual clothing (no yoga attire necessary) and bring a journal if you have one.
If you need us to come to you, make sure to have:
- a quiet room in which you can be sure not to be interrupted during the session
- a journal or a notebook
